AC&NC / JetStor has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 /Novel Coronavirus outbreak. The health of our customers, partners, employees and their families are of great importance.
COVID-19 has not had a direct impact on AC&NC / JetStor operations and we are OPEN and SHIPPING to our partners and customers during these challenging times.
We encourage our customers to place orders as soon as possible, in particular for AFA configurations. We are seeing long ETAs for SSDs due to issues in Thailand. We are working with our hard drive suppliers to improve delivery times.
We just got an update on Exos HDDs from Seagate. Due to COVID-19 issues in Thailand, Malasya and Singapore there will be a price increase on HDDs at 15-20% next week. Customers are encouraged to check updated pricing with our sales team.
Our office is currently operating with business-critical staff on-site in compliance with the State of PA and City Pittsburgh “Stay-at-home” order.
